Overall Notes:
- Cosmetic Condition: B- (Worn with light, visible signs of use and minor scratches).
- The watch is in excellent working condition, with all functions operating flawlessly.
- All parts of this timepiece are authentic Omega components, with the exception of the strap and buckle which have been replaced. Regarding the dial, we cannot definitively determine whether this is a professional refinish or the original factory finish.

Condition Notes:
- Case: shows signs of age and wear consistent with vintage timepieces. There is visible surface wear and some patina on the gold plating, particularly noticeable on the caseback. The edges remain relatively crisp though there are some signs of light scratches and aging. The crown shows expected wear.
