Overall Notes:
- Cosmetic Condition: B (Gently worn with light, visible signs of use and minor scratches).
- The watch is in excellent working condition, with all functions operating flawlessly.
- All components are genuine Seiko, except the replaced strap and buckle. The original dial has been refinished.
Operating State:

- Dial: has been repainted to a grey/blue cyclone finish and is in excellent condition. The applied hour markers and printed text remain crisp and well-preserved.
- Crystal: shows some signs of age with light scratches visible across its surface. There are no major cracks or deep scratches that would significantly impair visibility of the dial.
